Health Action Council is a national, not-for-profit, member-driven coalition founded by employers, and powered by its members. We represent over 250 organizations with members in all 50 states, covering nearly 3 million people.

Our mission started back in 1983 when a group of employers decided to find a better way to provide high-quality, affordable healthcare for their employees.
